THE BATHROOM WAS VERY CLEAN.

THE BATHROOM WAS VERY CLEAN.MUCH BETTER THAN OTHER HOTELS IN CARTAGENA! THE RECEPTION WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE BREAKFAST WAS A FRESH MIX OF EGS AND FRUITS.

The staff was very kind, warm. Breakfast was tasty, a good meal. Bed was very comfortable, rooms was ok. Generally, was a good experience. I recommend it.

Location is amazing, staff very friendly, wifi, nice rooms, which are worth the price, simple breakfast but tasty ( there also was eggs offered)

When we checked in the room on the second floor we were very happy, but we were going to the bus and when was the time to close the door lock was broken, so we needed to move on the first floor and missed out bus :( Also it was a little noisy. But overall- all good!!!

Good location near the old town and the picturesque quarter Getsemani. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had AC but no window. Breakfast was good and sufficient

Unfortunately there was a musty smell in the room, which we told the staff but they didn’t had another room for us. It possibly could affect your health if you stay longer

Unfortunately a disappointment

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really nice.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not cozy at all. The walls were like paper and all the construction work seemed half finished. Every time when we took a shower, there was water running from the bathroom to the bedroom through a crack in the wall. When we notified the staff about this, they didn't really know what to do and I had to put some towels to the floor myself.

Disgusting room- but not bad service!

Great service with breakfast, we requested tea- they only had coffee but they made sure we had tea the following morning. We also requested shampoo, and they bought it in for us so we received the day after me requested. Very good service there!

Firstly, we requisted to check in earlier because our flight landed early--we never received any response and ended up waiting for hours until getting our room. Once inside the room, we find black mold right next to the bed. The room was tiny, not even space for us two to walk at the same time. We complained, and got a new room, but the woman in the reception told us that they knew about the mold, and that it was supposed to be fixed... But it rather felt Ike ignorance, because the mold was loud and clear on the wall when you walked in.

Great location and staff, but it is not a 4 star hotel

The staff here is amazing. They were very kind at serving breakfast after hours and allowed us to do a very early check in. They were very attentive and helpful. Location is also great, close to the party area and the walled city.

Rooms are very small, although of high quality. The facilities are not of a 4 star hotel.

It's in a great location, near the clock tower and restaurants.

The place doesn't had a sign outside, so its dificult to find, and its a bit tiny.

No electricity and not very attentive reception to customer needs

The omelet at breakfast was good. Location is pretty good.

Check-in took very long. Did not give a very professional image. There was a "window", which is more like a hole in the wall in the bathroom with a view to the hallway meaning anyone passing your room in the hallway can see you showering.. Biggest dissapointment was the personnel lying to us in the morning when leaving saying after the lights went off and AC stopped working that it is normal in Cartagena that there is no electricity DAILY between 10am- 4pm (which is obviously not true; especially as we have stayed in the city for some time). As there is no window in the room, we were e.g. packing our stuff having the door open to get some light in the room. Reception did not apologize or show that they would be sorry about the situation. As it was too hot and dark to stay in the room we decided to leave earlier and asked if we could at least leave our stuff to the reception but that was not either possible without additional cost of 20000COP.

Room smelled a bit damp and floor was wet. Room was a bit small but had all the necessities.
